**General**

613th & 708th Gamers Forum is for anyone who plays any World War type game flight simulator game or FPS game. If you have an interest in one game or another, please feel free to get involved here. Our hope is that the DEVS and management of ALL of this type of gaming will visit to see what the players feel and think when not on their forums.

We are not here to judge one game over another, but to let people talk freely about what they are interested in about the games. This type of player involvement can only improve the gaming industry by openly letting others know what is and is not important to the gaming community.

0.Why do I need to register at all?
You may not have to -- it is up to the administrator of the board as to whether you need to register in order to post messages. However, registration will give you access to additional features not available to guest users such as definable avatar images, private messaging, emailing to fellow users, usergroup subscription, etc. It only takes a few minutes to register so it is recommended you do so.


1. Before posting on this forum, please make sure to choose the appropriate forum. This will increase the probability to receive an answer and create a better flow in communications.

2. We have the right to, or in any form to modify, alter or delete your account for any reason that may affect the website, (i.e. mal-ware, viruses, illegal file uploads, racist forum posts, or abuse of our website, etc.)

3. Members should post in a way that is respectful of other users. Flaming or abusing users in any way will not be tolerated and will lead to a warning. Playful banter is not flaming and is left up to the determination of the moderator’s discretion.

4. The moderators, support and Administration have the right to edit or remove any post at any time. The determination of what is interpreted as indecent, vulgar, spam, etc. as noted in these points is up to support members and not users.

5. This is a user to user forum and is not intended as a medium to communicate with officials of any game.


6. Cheating allegations or descriptions are allowed



**Avatars**

1. Users are permitted to utilize a gallery avatar or Upload. User defined avatars are to be no larger than 90 pixels square, contain no image which attempts to portray the user as having an official status here (i.e. mimicking ranks or copying avatars of team members), may not exceed 25.6kb (25144 Bytes) in file size and have a consistently high availability.

2. Avatars are subject to the same conditions as posts with respect, decency, and so forth.

3. Users abusing these rules will be warned and/or may lose their avatar privileges


**Policy**

1. Any attempt to circumvent a temporary ban will lead to that ban being made permanent. Circumvention includes re-registering under a non-banned username; changing IP addresses to evade an IP ban, registering a new email account to evade an email ban. Circumvention includes posting as an anonymous user.


2. 613th & 708th Gamers Forum operates a three strike policy. Users will be warned a maximum of three times for any and all offences in a three month period. If the need arises for a fourth warning a temporary ban will be put in place of between 1 to 7 days.

3. Arguing with Moderator after having received a warning will lead to an immediate additional warning. Should this exceed three strikes, a temporary ban will be put in place as above.

4. Users who feel they have been unfairly warned are welcome to contact the Administration or Moderator.

5. An exception to the three strike rule applies when users contact team members personally (via any method) and post insulting, indecent or vulgar material. Such users may be subject to an immediate permanent ban.

6. Permanent bans are a last resort and thought is given before implementing them. While 613th.com may consider lifting permanent bans from time to time this is a rare occurrence.
